  2.     INSTALLATION

  4.     To install the Coin Collector's Database Version 1.01 simply follow the
  5.     next few steps.
  6.  
  7.     1.  Insert the program diskette into drive A:.
  8.  
  9.     2.  Type A: at the DOS prompt.
  10.  
  11.     3.  At the A:\ prompt, type INSTALL C: COIN.   You  can  specify  other
  12.     drives and directories by replacing the above values after INSTALL with
  13.     you required values.  The syntax is : INSTALL <drive>: <directory>.
  14.  
  15.     *** To make it easier try simply typing INS_COIN at the DOS prompt of
  16.         A:\.  This batch file will install the program on drive C: in
  17.         subdirectory \COIN.
  18.  
  19.     4.   The  install  procedure  will  copy over the appropriate files and
  20.     install the system for you.
  21.  
  22.     The system requires no other type of initialization.  At this point all
  23.     that you have to do is to type in COIN at the prompt C:\COIN.

  28.     1.  After the installation procedures access the subdirectory of the
  29.     program.

  31.     2.  At the prompt type DOCS.

  33.     3.  Press <F1> for help while in the viewer.

  38.     We have included a database containing 50 coins for you to view as a
  39.     sample.  To start with a fresh database simply delete the files
  40.     COINS.DAT and COINS.IX then restart the system.
